The historic rooms with two full or queen beds typically house two to four guests. Things You Need to Know

  • One-half of your total room fee must be paid in advance to guarantee your reservation.

  • A minimum stay of two nights or more may be required during high season or on weekends.*
  • Prices may vary according to the season and occupancy rate.
  • The Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25 % per night is not included.
  • * Note: High Season is the last week of March and first two weeks of April and the last week of September and first two weeks of October, to coincide with the Semi-Annual Round Top Antiques Festival.
